Crime Prevention - How to Secure Your Home during the Holiday

Unfortunately, at this time of the year, crime doesn’t take a holiday. During the next several weeks, many homes will be burglarized by unscrupulous thieves who think nothing of stealing plasma tv’s, laptop computers, MP-3’s, digital cameras, and even wrapped packages sitting under the Christmas tree. It’s hoped that the following advice will reduce your vulnerabilities to becoming crime victims and will make you look like Scrooge in the eyes of burglars everywhere.
Most homeowners have mistaken believes that nothing can be done to prevent burglaries. This might be true of a professional thieves, but few home burglaries are committed by professionals. It’s been my experience that many residential burglaries are committed by neighborhood teens and young adults who are familiar with your habits and routines. And, contrary to popular belief, most home burglaries are committed during daylight or early evening hours.

Observations

Like I was explaining looking over Ylenia dossier I did some observation’s we know that the FBI only gets involved in kidnapping cases! And not direct to missing persons unless, on a rare occasion so Ylenia NCIC # M705944984 what in reality was? A kidnapping case or one of the rare occasions? We will never know the real answer because the FBI and the Carrisi / Power family’s denied any involvement of the federal agency into the case. Incredible why such deceptions around this girl? My friends I do this “missing persons” for a living among all my charity’s hours to family’s that can’t financially get advices from a professional I do that for FREE. But let me give you a bit of information’s in the year 2013, there were 115 small children kidnapped by a person unknown to the child. Usually held for ransom. Waiting for a reward to be announced for finding the child, sexually abused and some killed. Now I have more interesting statistics: 797,500 (under 18 years of age) were reported missing last year (2013) in USA. 203,900 of them were victims of family abductions. 58,200 victims of non-family abductions and the aforementioned 115 children kidnapped. Now believed or not, the involvement of psychics have been quite successful in many police investigative works and missing persons cases. In my works I do use psychics but I do not just choose a random one but I use professors for the university of San Diego parapsychology units only and exclusively to analyze signs. On Ylenia case we had the family walking the streets of New Orleans with a psychic but the same family never open a case in Italy? While I still don’t agree this should be done, considering the fact that the police work is based on fact and evidence, turning the entire search to a psychic seems unethical, regardless of whether it’s a last resort. The reason most of this families turn to psychics is because they’re desperate, it’s pathetic, and it’s only gotten worse in the past few years. Families have lost loved ones, unfortunately most of the time, they aren’t found alive. These families become desperate and become gullible, which is understandable. Unfortunately money-mongering frauds who call themselves psychic’s investigators take advantage of them, it is serious emotional abuse. Now my question, is there anything that someone like myself could do to put these people out of business, for the sake of these families, and the prevention of some police departments contacting them? Thankfully, more recently new programs like Anderson Cooper and 20/20 have aired specials questioning the authentication of those call psychics investigators. I feel sorry for real professionals like my dear friends Professor Hageman or Gabriela de Portillo or Snyder, Kelly But unfortunately the overall it’s a frauds. It’s sickening, it really is.

New Twist to the Telephone Tech Support Scam

The IC3 has produced Scam Alerts in the past advising the public of an ongoing telephone scam in which callers purport to be an employee of a major software company. The callers have strong foreign accents. The callers report the user’s computer is sending error messages and numerous viruses have been detected. The caller convinces the user to give them permission to run a program allowing the caller to gain remote access. The caller advises the virus can be removed for a fee.
Intimidation tactics used in this scam have influenced victims to pay fees associated with the removal of alleged viruses. It has been reported to the IC3 an individual who paid the required fees, later received a call advising the victim the funds paid for the services went to India and were used to purchase weapons for ISIS. The call came with an additional request for money to remove the victim’s name from a black list.
In a new twist to the tech support scam, cyber criminals attempt to defraud using another avenue. The scam is executed while a user is browsing the Internet. In this scenario, a website being viewed provided a link to articles related to popular topics. The user clicked the link and was redirected to a website which produced a window that advised the user’s computer had been hacked. Another window was displayed that contained a telephone number to obtain assistance. The user reported all attempts to close the windows were ineffective. Upon calling the number for assistance the user was connected with an individual who spoke with a heavy foreign accent claiming to be an Apple representative. During the process the user’s web browser was hijacked. Restarting the computer in an attempt to regain access to the Web produced another message with a different telephone number to obtain assistance.

Accuracy of a criminal investigation in a case

By: Frank Crescentini

Frank, how important the accuracy of a criminal investigation in a case? And why so many mistakes in police investigative work? And why many innocent persons get convicted wrongfully? Because the poor police work? Thank you why so long time of absences hope all is ok with you Sir.
Thank you
Daniel Kim, Los Angeles, California.

Dear Daniel,
Yes, to long and I miss this too, but very important obligations shorted my time to answer the 100’s e-mail’s that I received weekly and I have been neglecting I am sorry!
Very good questions but I will only answer the important part of an accurate criminal investigation into a case but I will NOT comment over the alleged accusations of poor police works, sorry if you are one of my followers you should know this. However the following discussion of some of the phases of criminal investigation and the presentation of evidence in criminal prosecutions are offered, not in critical spirit or faultfinding with any particular pace officer or group, but with the purpose of suggesting to peace officers generally a means to become more proficient and successful to the end that through the mistakes of others they may avoid similar mistakes. I have in mind the fact that there has been very little concentration upon the important subject of criminal investigation and practically nothing has been written with the idea of assisting the ambitious officer whose experience has been limited. The older officer in service should find herein many hints and ideas for improving his work. Dear Daniel the greatest difficulty has been found in selecting from the vast amount of available information those matters to be included and those to be omitted.

Identity Theft and Identity Theft Investigations. What You Need to Know

Identity theft (also commonly known as ID theft) is a major concern. Criminals of all kinds buy or steal personal information for credit, jobs, or business ventures. If you are the victim of identity theft, you stand to lose a lot more than just your personal information. You can end up with lower credit scores, losing your property, and you may even end up being accused of crimes committed in your name. All of these are very good reasons to practice safety when using personal information.

Many people mistakenly assume that criminals need to get their credit cards or other identification to steal identities. This is not the case; in many instances, just your name, date of birth, and social security number are enough to steal your credit. Some criminals only need to know your address to steal your mail and get your information that way. Other criminals pose as someone else in order to get your information directly from you. You don't want to become paranoid, but do become more cautious about your information. Only offer your information to those who need to know.
Identity Theft in America

Every two seconds an American identity is stolen. The number of people affected by identity theft grew by 500,000 people from 12.6 Million in 2012 to 13.1 Million in 2013 with escalating losses as well. The state with the highest per capita rate of reported identity theft complaints was Florida followed by Georgia and California.

Daniele Watts detained by Los Angeles police

Daniele Watts, an African-American actress (I personally have no clue who she was) has claimed she was "handcuffed and detained" by Los Angeles police officers because of her race. Another blow to the LAPD for a mistake of identity, I don’t give to the media a credibility in reference to the actual facts, there are many factors involved into this issue 1) how the original call got to the 911 dispatcher, 2) what information’s was given to the dispatcher, 3) and the logistics of the investigative work of the responding officers.
It is my understanding after I placed a call in LA this morning that this female individual refused to show to an LAPD sergeant her ID, apparently the area where this incident took place is a location well known for prostitution / narcotics activities and I am sorry not all LAPD officers are familiar with Mrs. Watts acting occupation , in addition been detained doesn’t mean you are arrested, but to give to the officer’s the opportunity to evaluate the issue in this case Mrs. Watts was screaming, crying, yelling and uncooperative with the officer’s showing her identity. So we have officers that they don’t know who she is and her relinquished her anger and frustration remembering her father came home frustrated or humiliated by the cops when he had done nothing wrong (she said) It doesn’t matter who you are if a police officer request to identified your self why arguing? Why use the race card and the same cliche “ I was "handcuffed and detained" by Los Angeles police officers because my race” if we’re looking over her statement she exactly said I refused to produce my photo ID when asked by police, and I was then handcuffed and held in a police car as the officers tried to figure out who she was. So???? What’s wrong with this? In addition for all your information asking someone for an ID is a temporary detention, so the Fourth Amendment covers it. This means it is the same in every state.

Some of my work

Frank Crescentini The Missing Person Skilled The Backgrounds Investigator Expert California State License, PI 18368
Conducting a thorough background check on a prospective employee not only ensures that they are qualified for the job, but also helps insulate you from potential liability for the employee’s conduct and actions while working for you or your company. For example, if you were to hire an employee with a history of sexual harassment and that employee sexually harasses another member of your staff, you could be held liable for his actions based on the theory that you knew, should have known, or could easily have discovered the employee’s history had you exercised due diligence and conducted a reasonable background check prior to hiring him or her. Should you hire someone with a history of violence who assaults a staff member or customer, the potential liability you face could be considerable. As an employer, you have an obligation to your employees, customers, and others to provide a safe working environment, and one way to achieve this is to perform a reasonable investigation on your potential employees before hiring them. Types of Pre-Employment Screening: The type of pre-employment screening investigation may vary, depending on the type of job the subject is being offered, but will usually include, at a minimum, a search of the potential employee’s criminal record, civil litigation history and driving record. If the situation warrants it, other searches may include:
  • Name and Social Security Number Verification
  • Age and year of birth scan
  • Driver’s License Verification
  • Countywide search for criminal convictions (7 years)
  • Countywide search for Superior Court civil cases
  • Employment Verification
  • Education Verification
  • Includes search for relatives, associates, and marital status
  • Includes fraud scan for aliases and false SSNs
  • Address history with dates of residency
  • Statewide felony conviction search
  • Local search for Municipal civil cases
  • Statewide Superior Court civil cases
  • Education, business and professional history
  • Military verification and service history
  • Source of income and business affiliations
  • Information available through our confidential sources
  • Family background and marital history
  • Credit History
  • Search for Federal criminal cases Nationwide bankruptcies and tax liens

Serial killers

Frank, I’ve been doing in depth research on serial killers and their behavior ect. I am wondering what serial killers are still alive and who to most recent serial killers are.
Thank you,
Elisabeth, Long Beach, California.

Dear Beth, Love Long Beach I lived there for 10 years, good question and interesting subject.
You can goggle these for your history but here are some names of the sickos:

Gary Ridgway
David Berkowitz
Dennis Rader
Karla Homolka
Paul Bernardo
Clifford Olson
David Russell Williams
Robert Pickton
Rose West (serial pedophile. serial child and woman killer.)
Charles Manson (some don't consider him a serial killer)
Scott Lee Kimball
The Yorkshire Ripper - Peter Sutcliffe (prostitute killer)
Ian Brady (serial child killer)
Steve Wright (prostitute killer) - (Ipswich strangler)
Peter Tobin (pedophile and child killer)
Dennis Neilson (necrophilia and homosexual killer)

hard with serial killers to restrict a time period as sometimes it comes in bouts and can span over several years, even decades. as in the case of Peter Tobin who they now suspect was Bible John. Well, an interesting serial killer I think you should feature is the Zodiac back on 60s, 70s. He was never caught, so no one knows if he's dead or not... he could be still out there today. He literally taunted the police by giving them hints to his identity in cryptic puzzle that were nearly impossible to solve.
Good by Beth and do please kiss Belmont Shore for me and specifically Polly coffee house my favorite hangout .

Psychic investigators- whether they credible?

Frank, I'm writing a research paper to how psychic investigators are credible in what they say. My thesis is: Psychic Investigators are credible sources in solving crimes and offer knowledge to police when no other answers are sought.
I'm having a tough time coming up with just a few
more reasons as to why it is true. Please, if you know anything your input is greatly appreciated!

Lesley W. Ross

Dear Lesley,

I believe Psychic investigators can help allot, but it will be hard to hire a psychic for that matter, It is too much responsibility for a psychic, on the other hand, there are many psychics that will be ready to do it in order to help, I believe the investigation must be kind of secret, as it will look not serious for the police to depend on psychic, A lot of people will criticize the police claiming, they have no solution so they go to psychic.

Psychics were not scientifically approved to be legit, this is why it is so hard to, lets say hire them to work as psychic investigator, it will cause a lot of troubles to the police in my opinion. I mean, a lot of people believe in psychics but many don't believe and even if they believe they will hide it.

I want to be a private investigator

Frank, good morning my name is Christopher D. and I have a very important question in regard to my professional future and I like your opinion, I like the service that you provide. I want to be a private investigator but don't know how to go about it. I just got my associates degree in Criminal Justice.
I thank you in advance.

Christopher,
Congratulation on your degree, good job.
However, it depends on where you want to work. States have different requirements. There are different types of private investigators. Some are general investigators. If you want to know how to become a private investigator, consider what type of investigations you might want to conduct. Corporate investigators typically need a 4 year degree.

Organised crime

Mr. Crescentini, what’s your opinion about organized crime?
Thank you like this Q and A you got going keep up the good job.
William H. Rothers
California.

Will, thank you I will try to give you my best on this one “good question” Ok,
Organized crime is a group of people who use a structure to get what they want by defying the system, Mafioso is another word for "vigilante justice" with social connotations added and, La Cosa Nostra which is a grammatically incorrect term for "our thing." The Mafia has a code of silence "Omerta" and, a ritual that involves a saint and, burning there hand normally between the thumb and pointer finger as mark that they are made.

They have a government called the sea and, it has directors that serve on a board from all of the world. They are in charge of all transnational business mostly by controlling funding or shipments of underground goods such as with drug cartels, banks, stocks, diamonds, fake jeans, fake leather and, sometimes oil.

Tragedy Christine Collins

Mr. Crescentini, I know you should know this case it was involving the LAPD. I just wanted to know if Christine Collins ever found her son Walter. I tried to find out on the Internet but I couldn't find out anything.
Rosemarie Wells, California

Rosemarie if I am not wrong you’re talking about a case back in the 1926 or 1928, however before my time, if my recollection of the facts are correct, you should check the LA Times archive, has images of the actual newspapers printed with stories from the case. According to your question and research that other people have done, Christine Collins never found her son and no one really knows when she herself died. Supposedly the last public record was from the LA Times in 1941 and it only speaks of her address about Captain J.J. Jones, they don't quote her though so for all I know she could have already been dead. No. If he somehow survived, he would be 80 years old today.
She died not knowing his fate. She never stopped looking.

The Wineville Chicken-coop Murders are associated. The killer who killed over three dozen children (mostly boys) was in prison and executed for four killings. He and his grandmother did this. She and the grandson did this. Tortured, raped and killed young boys. He taunted two mothers, including Walter Collin's mother and said that he would admit to her that he did it if she came to visit him. She did so the day before his execution but denied to see her and said he was innocent. Neither mother obtained closure. Gordon Northcott, died 10/02/1930 in San Quintin Sate Prison. Cause of death Hanging, Criminal Penalty Death.
The Winehouse Chicken Coop Murders location is still in tact, the location is still in existence and even the SAME chicken coops (used to hide the dead bodies) stand. It is eerie. And yes that was another cluster f….k of the Los Angeles Police Department and if I recall correct a Police Chief was forced to resign is position.

From a series of dangerous criminals - Charlie Manson

Frank, please summarize for me. I read some wacky stuff over the Manson case, but don’t quite understand.
Most people think Charlie was responsible for the Sharon Tate murders, in fact he was nowhere near the murder when they happened. He was living in a commune outside Death Valley with
about a dozen other people practicing free love and taking drugs and generally living a hippie life, just what his part was in the crimes he was found guilty of, or why the victims were killed will probably never be known. Charlie's downfall at the Trial was he was perfect for the Media who presented him as a crazed Messiah and mastermind of murder and anarchy.

Raul Z. Miller California.

Raul, for a guy that “don’t quite understand” you’re making your determinations of the facts. However this is the real fact’s over that disturbing case, I was involved on that case.

Charlie Manson not responsible for the murder of Sharon Tate? Are you kidding me? He is the one that gave the instructions, the Mastermind. Here's your summary of the case.

From a series of dangerous criminals - David Koresh

What were the crimes that David Koresh was accused of but never charged because of lack of evidence? The American government decided that they didn't like a bunch of (peaceful) people living in a communal setting - they opened fire one day and killed the women and children, trying to draw out David Koresh (sp?), the supposed leader. Janet Reno was actually the person who initiated this bloodbath. The government killed innocent children and women because they owned some guns more over Mr. Frank If you want to add a little truth add a photo showing the propane gas cylinder attached to the tank vehicle that burned the place to the ground or why they don’t show the vehicle that blocked the exit to keep the innocent people from being burnt alive.
There is a very good documentary on this. After you watch it, you definitely want to live in Canada. America is a hateful, mean government. Be careful.

Chrissie Canada.

Chrissie, your interpretations of facts scares the incorrect information’s that you’re telling to me. I’m not sure what you mean by "never charged because of lack of evidence." David Koresh “born Vernon Wayne Howell” was not brought to trial, because he died at the end of the siege. Evidence about the initial ATF assault and about the FBI's final assault went missing, and some suspect deliberate cover-ups. There was a criminal trial of Davidians surviving 19 April and later a civil trial, over both of which Judge Walter Smith presided. Do you refer to the judge's suppression of surviving evidence? I have no clue about a video you never give me a title! And in addition let me be a bit clear about this individual and the story

Marilyn Monroe - murder or suicide?

EXCLUSIVE - Bobby Kennedy ordered Marilyn Monroe's murder by lethal injection to prevent her from revealing her torrid affairs with RFK and JFK: New book sensationally claims to have finally solved the mystery surrounding her death
· Investigative journalists Jay Margolis and Richard Buskin believe they they lay to rest any notion that Marilyn committed suicide, and reveal how they think the screen goddess really died
· The Kennedy brothers were ‘passing her around like a football,' revealed brother-in-law, actor Peter Lawford, years after she died
· Marilyn knew too much about the Kennedys and threatened to reveal everything
· Bobby Kennedy did not act alone, the authors claim. Complicit in the murder was Lawford and Marilyn's shrink, who gave her the fatal dose of pentobarbitol
· Before that, she was given an enema filled with broken-down Nembutals and seventeen chloral hydrates
When ambulance drivers found her in her Brentwood guesthouse, 'She was naked. She had no sheet, no blanket. There was no water glass. No alcohol…'
This is a quote from a respectful person investigating this case for many years and recently I contact this person and I offer my participation into this case however please pay attention on what he stating because it is shocking.

Photos of children on social networks

Frank good day sir, i've noticed alot of people use pictures of there babies or young children on there profile pictures on sites such as facebook, twitter, on here, ect..
Personally I'd never put photos of my baby (when I have children) online, to me the internet isn't safe enough and anyone could get hold of them photos, and use them for sick things (my friends fb got hacked and some sicko left comments on her pictures of here newborn which was disturbing)

No offensive to anyone who likes to post up baby photos, I'm not saying your a bad parent or don't love your child I just think you should be careful. To me pictures of your children are precious.

What are your opinions? (:
Lisa w. Wallas, CA.

Dear Lisa, put photos of your family on web-media are your decision no one will force you to do so! However,
With digital photography you no longer have the risk of soul entanglement that was so feared with film photography. Even scanning film photographs is enough to break the link. No matter what someone does with the photograph you put on the web, you don't need to worry. There is nothing that anyone can do to the image that will have a direct impact that can be felt by the child the photograph is of.

Today a little bit about the illuminati

Mr. Frank can you please tell me everything that you know about illuminati. I need help on this matter.

Thx, Manuel S. Center
Beverly Hills, California.

Manuel, I am scare to ask why you need help on this matter, however I will try to get to the point. The Illuminati originates in the Jewish Kabala, Babylonian mystery cults, the Templars, Freemasons and assorted interests dedicated to Satan worship and absolute power. On May 1 1776, Adam Weishaupt, a professor at the University of Inglestadt in Germany, founded "The Order of the Illuminati." Many people believe Weishaupt was sponsored by Prince William of Hesse Casel and his banker Meyer Amschel Rothschild, the wealthiest man in the world.

I don't know if she was cheating or not

Frank, how could I catch my wife cheating on me? How could I even tell if she is?
Jeffrey B. Logan
Seattle.

Jeff, having a cheating wife is a concern that haunts many men in relationships. Just the thought of your lady putting her paws on another man makes your skin crawl. That's why it's always important to keep a lookout for some of the surefire signs you have a cheating wife.

Signs of a Cheating Wife -The following are five signs (there are many more) you have a cheating wife:

> She's no longer as needy - If she was never able to go shopping, exercise or cross the street alone, and she suddenly doesn't need your company, it may mean that someone else is filling your shoes. It's possible that she just needs time to herself, but if she's unusually independent when she used to be overly needy, it may signal that she's just no longer as needy of you.

With regard to the tragedy in Las Vegas, where two officers were killed

Dear friends this morning after I posted on my page the report over the coward ambush on the 2 LV officers Beck and Soldo.
I got this question from this “individual” no name was given:

Hei Frank, “Dose anyone really care when a Police Officer gets killed?”

Asshole,
the first thing I'm going to do is answer your stupid question. The next thing I'm going to do is give people like you a piece of my mind. Oh, by the way, I'm a retired PD.

Yes, people care allot when an officer gets killed in the line of duty. These men and women are out there daily, dealing with the dredge of society, people who cannot follow even the basic civil laws of this country. These cops rescue people, at extreme risk to their own lives, others who are in accidents and other emergencies. Do you remember the cops who died on 9/11? They charged into the Twin Towers to SAVE people. And lost their lives doing it! Cops do everything from prevent crime to traffic control. They keep some semblance of order in our society, and they get paid damned little for the jobs they do! Before you go condemning one, walk in ones shoes!

Can anyone hack into your computer and spy on?

Okay Frank you’re a PI and you should know those nasty business, it's actually my sister's computer, which I think is hacked. Something quite strange happened a few minutes ago. I was in my room, watching something online when suddenly I heard a strange sound coming from the kitchen. I should mention that I was alone at home and my sister had left her laptop in the kitchen; she had left it turned on because she was loading a movie that she wanted to watch later. Okay, so I went to the kitchen to check what the sound was and I was shocked at what I saw; a new tab had been opened and there was a pornographic video playing on that site. Also, I quickly noticed that the webcam light was turned on. This sort of frightened me a bit. I looked around the house to make sure no one had broken in but the doors were all locked and everything seemed in place. I had been in the kitchen a few times prior to this and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. I had even glanced at her computer a few times and hadn't noticed anything strange about it. Can someone hack her computer and do something like this?
All the best

I live in a house where I do not feel safe

Frank, I'm 16 years old and my sister in law is 23 she is a very big girl but I'm tough she pushes everyone around but I'm to proud to let her do it to me, she owes me $750 and has stolen lots ps3, ps2 games and jewelry from me. She gets very physical when we get into fights everyone else in the family leave the room because we scream at each other and use very crude words. She then gets to the point where she starts to beat me I struggle to get free and push her away. She beat her ex bf but the only witness was me and my mom refused to get involved it ended out that he got all the blame and had a TRO put on him and he was no longer able to see his kid, I feel guilty about this because I know she was the one throwing the punches and its not fair for him to loose his kid which he loves so much. I to love my nephew greatly and have gone through a time when my whole family abandoned me in fear of loosing the right to see him because she had claimed I was dead to her therefore did not exist and was not allowed near him. When in front of her I pretend not to be scared and yell back just as loud and angry but she is a lot stronger then me and I'm terrified of her. Is it alright when she goes on a rampage against me to call the police and have her charged with assault and get a TRO, but living in the same house how will it work? One or the other would have to leave right?
Justin.

Pre-Indicators of Terrorist Activity

My continuous study of actual terrorist behavior around the world and the so call "Holy War Inc" has reveled that the way a terrorist might act or look may provide “pre-indicators” of terrorist activity before an actual attack has been lunched. These potential “pre-indicators” include both terrorist pre-attack planning activities as well as conduct indicative of an actual terrorist attacks. These type of indications may include a variety of suspicious behavior or events such as outlined below.
Consequentially, I concentrate my study's and observations over this issues , we should be particularly interested in pattern of conduct that when combined, appears suspicious or unusual.

APPEARANCE:
Radical Islamic terrorist are commonly male under 40 years of age with suicide bombers generally in their teens or early 20s.
However, woman are being used to a greater extend today to conduct suicide bomb attacks.
This global movement consists of variety of races and nationalities today. The majority of these individuals are young man from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Yemen, Kuwait and Pakistan, as well as North Africans from Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia. Can I buy a gun to keep at home?

Frank, I have a question please, recently my 3 cars were broken in to at night and i am afraid my house could be next. Can I buy a gun to keep at home I am 19, I’m a dad and am expecting a second baby.
thank you
Elliot B.

Damn son, you've been busy! You can indeed buy a shotgun to defend your home. Just remember that it’s not justifiable to shoot someone while they're breaking into your car. UNLESS you’re in Texas, refer to penal code 4.92. At your age you can buy rifles and shotguns, if you have a clear criminal record. Handguns, you have to be 21.However check with your local and sate officials this is my suggestion, I am sure that when you discovered the break-in in your vehicle you did call the police (I hope) then you should ask one of the officers in reference to purchasing a firearm. In addition when and if you decided to get any type of weapons for house protection remember safety classes are the best investment that you can make for you and your family. Remember son there’s more then just pulling a trigger. A wrong judgment call can mark your life forever emotionally, financially and on the other hand you will live with guilt forever.

Good luck

I feel attracted to young girls, what to do?

Sir I am following your page for a long time, I like to get your opinion on this serious issue that I have I wanted to know what possible help there are for me. I have noticed that I have a growing sexual attraction to young girls (18 and younger). I am in my early twenties and have felt this way for some time. I want to get some therapy for this before this gets out of hand. What can I do and how get help?
Is there any way for me to do this without my family finding out? I still live with my immediate family and I am on their heath insurance
A follower of your site
Thank you JP.

JP, I commend you for recognizing this and seeking help for it. As a parent and an Investigator I think your sense of responsibility here is something that more who feel the way you do should have.

I recommend you find a psychiatrist as soon as possible. You recognize that it could get out of hand. Willpower can go a long way but a psychiatrist can help you with the options for treatment and keeping from violating the law and your own ethics. If you can't afford a psychiatrist, find a low-income clinic.

Prisoners of war, what happened to them?

Frank, I see on the news the issue for the Afghan POW, what happened to all those pow's after we normalized relations with Vietnam?

Dear friend, Seems most of the answers you have gotten from medias, films, news, and furthermore our national security and our federal government are from uneducated people and lairs, When the war was over and the US left Saigon in 75 there were aprox.3800 missing soldiers still held in pow camps or missing. The north said they had released them all,
but the US had reports of tourists seeing American prisoners for years afterwards but the US government figured we were getting along with Vietnam and we shouldn’t rock the boat. We still have American GI's in Vietnam alive or dead they are still there. And we need to remember we are free because they are not. I guess history finds this truth unimportant and leave this era out of our history lessons. This is why we see motorcyclist and vets of all ages ride to the wall every year, to bring notice to those still missing and unaccounted. In addition MIAs were the big question mark. There were many conspiracy theories that a number of MIAs were actually unreported POWs who were still being held. Like all conspiracy theories there was never any proof that this was true. There have been a few investigations in the 80s and 90s that found graves of American soldiers who had died and were buried by locals. That accounts for at least some of the MIAs. However these is reports of our federal government and remember this is the same entity that told us that a “pantomimic” bullet in Dallas executed our president JFK. Therefore now you drew your conclusion over this!! I did my long time ago.

Love on the social networking site?

Dear Frank, my sister has married someone she met on Facebook I think she's ridiculously stupid, as she only knew him for 3 months before marrying him. There's something really not right about him and he mentioned that he was in court years ago as his ex alleged that he beat her, he said it wasn't true. He's clingy possessive, strange, and definitely seems to hide a lot from her, he has no friends at all, and is very secretive about money. He even waits outside the toilets in the local pub for her in case another man speaks to her if I had the money id get someone like you do to the fact I can’t afford to have you L but I'm wondering if there's anything I can find out on my own. I really worry about her. Many thanks x you’re the best and I love this.

My daughter thug boyfriend

Frank, I have a 17-year-old daughter who is dating a 15-year-old boy, whom I can't stand. He has lied to her about his health, saying that he is going to die in a few years from a heart condition. He is constantly manipulating her. He is clinically depressed, and is always picking fights with her. He gets upset when she wants to see her friends and not him. He is very clingy. She has told me that they are sexually active, which makes it even worse, because it will probably be harder for her to break up with him. Unfortunately, she THINKS she is in love with him

I have tried talking to her and begging her to break up with him because he is bad news. I'm at my wits end.
Thank you
Suzann W. Seattle.

Suzann, If you think this “individual” have ghosts in his closet, get a professional and present a copy of this guy to your daughter I am sure she will get the point, you can e-mail me privately I will give you a list of PI’s in your area and you can use my name. However back to the problem, oppression begets rebellion in us all--especially children in their early teens. She's 17 so reverse psychologies are out. Besides, it never really works.

I received a check...

Good day Frank, I received a check from a lady the other day and she seemed fishy, come to find out the check she wrote me was issued on an account that was closed. I have her drivers license # and phone #. I am unsure what are the proper steps to take. The amount was for $1.000.00 and change.
Any help or ideas on the proper way to tackle this situation?
Do you think her bank give me a papers stating that the account is closed?
Thank you

“OK if the lady seemed fishy” why you took the check? However call your customer (the fishy lady) and make her aware of the bounce check and see if she has other means of payment. If she does not tell her you are going to the police and charges will be filed. Other option doesn’t even bother calling your customer and go straight to the police. Before you go to the police make sure you have a statement from the bank where she banks at stating that the funds are not available. Make a copy of the check and statement for your records and go to the police please make no mistakes about it Police are NOT a collection agency and they will not guarantee that you will get your money back they go after a crime I am not an attorney but I am sure and depends on states over $500.00 it is a felony! . Then go to small claims court sue your customer for the amount of the check and court cost and filing fees. But my advice before you’re investing time and more money discuss this situation with your family attorney and follow his/her advices. Good luck, and next time follow your first felling.

I know about the betrayal, what next?

Frank Over a year ago I found out my wife cheated on me. We are still married but I still haven’t said anything to her. Should I say anything or just let it go.
Thank you for any advice, love this keep dewing a good job.
Ramon O, Jr. Oxnard

Ramon, Ask her if she wants to try swinging or polyamory. I don’t know your views on non-monogamy, but if she responds positively to your suggestion, the two of you should seriously look into the possibilities. Obviously her cheating was unfortunate because it involves deception, but you need to distinguish between whatever pain you feel from the deception, and whatever feelings you might have about non-monogamy. You can’t change the past, but you can set sail for a more promising future if you establish a new commitment together. This new commitment is not the traditional “forsaking all others” that you find in conventional marriage ceremonies, but a commitment of partnership through the adventures yet to come. At some point you should probably tell her that you know about her previous cheating, but you should do this at a time when you are feeling like you love her – NOT at a time when you are feeling bitter or resentful.

We don't have to live like this!

Dear friends, I like to bring up the tragic situations append in California (Santa Barbara) location that I have many friends. And I am talking about 3 handguns, 400 bullets, 6 murdered, 13 wounded. Yes I like to give you my point on Elliot Rodger. Killer Rodger wrote a rambling “massacre manifesto” before his knife and gun rampage, describing his burning resentment against woman and hatred of the world. This individual emailed 140-page document entitled “My Twisted World” to his parents and his psychiatrist. Now I like to show to you the criticism that I have for The Sheriff Department
PATH OF CARNAGE
1) 9.27PM two women shot dead and third injured outside Alpha Phi sorority house.
2) 9.30PM Victim number three killed inside Isla Vista Deli Mart
3) 9.31PM Rodger drives on wrong side of the rood, firing at peoples
4) 9.33PM Deputies fire back at Rodger until he flees
5) 9.33PM He runs over and injures a cyclist
6) 9.33PM Four people shot by side of the road
7) 9.37PM Rodger found dead from bullet wound after crashing into a police car
8) NEXT DAY: Bodies of three people stabbed to death found at his apartment.

Betrayal and forgiveness

Frank, my husband cheated on me with much older women. He told me sorry that it was a huge mistake and it will never happen again. I don't know why he did this, because I was always faithful to him. It's been over a year ago, but I just can't help wondering if it's going to happen again. Would I feel better about myself if I cheated on him, would It help me to forget the pain that's he put me through??

But “I just can't help wondering if it's going to happen again."

Dear friend, In my 20 years as a Private Investigator let me give you my point of view exactly, because apologies and promises don't fix the problem. Did he ever tell you the REASON why he cheated? Nope... he just said he was sorry and wouldn't do it again. So why wouldn't he do it again? Your right, he would... because he never fixed the problem, he just apologized and moved forward and so did you.

He will cheat again, guaranteed... not just because he did it before, but because he never fixed the reason why he did it before.
