Definition of Cold Case.

Definition of Cold Case. A cold case is a criminal investigation that has not been solved and is no longer being investigated. When there are leads and active investigation, it's called a hot case. When the leads run out and no arrests etc have been made, it goes cold. We have many examples of Cold Cases the Rui Pedro case the Andrzej Kusz case and the Ylenia Maria Sole Carrisi case.
