There is a very good documentary on this. After you watch it, you definitely want to live in Canada. America is a hateful, mean government. Be careful.
Chrissie Canada.
Chrissie, your interpretations of facts scares the incorrect information’s that you’re telling to me. I’m not sure what you mean by "never charged because of lack of evidence." David Koresh “born Vernon Wayne Howell” was not brought to trial, because he died at the end of the siege. Evidence about the initial ATF assault and about the FBI's final assault went missing, and some suspect deliberate cover-ups. There was a criminal trial of Davidians surviving 19 April and later a civil trial, over both of which Judge Walter Smith presided. Do you refer to the judge's suppression of surviving evidence? I have no clue about a video you never give me a title! And in addition let me be a bit clear about this individual and the story
The ATF persuaded the Texas National Guard and Alabama National Guard to conduct aerial surveillance of the "Branch Davidians compound" as an illegal drugs manufacturing site (methamphetamine lab).
On 25 February 1993, the ATF obtained federal warrants to search the Branch Davidians complex (77 acres) and to arrest David Koresh for possession of illegal weapons. The ATF affidavit did not mention illegal drugs, but it did include allegations of child sexual abuse (which would be under Texas jurisdiction).
During the siege media reports charged David Koresh with having sexual intercourse with multiple women and several girls, manufacturing automatic rifles for sale, having memorized the Bible, claiming messianic authority, and preparing for an apocalyptic scenario. There's been plenty of time to think.
He was wanted for illegal arms possession etc.
He was serial child rapist.
He was serial wife (of others) rapist.
He was serial child (beater) abuser
4 Policemen were murdered in the line of duty on his orders
15 Policemen were wounded in the line of duty on his orders.
He held 80 people hostage, including many women &children.
So regardless of the fact that the ATF erred in arresting him (because he was heavily armed which they knew, and willing to kill police if they tried to arrest him which they didn't know), what DO YOU THINK they should have done after the initial raid stalled and turned into (on his part) a hostage kidnapping situation, and he refused to surrender? When you ask a question doesn’t base it on lies. And your assumptions and fabrication of your mind, why you don’t’ joint a cult just like your David? They love mind like yours.
