Organised crime
Mr. Crescentini, what’s your opinion about organized crime?
Thank you like this Q and A you got going keep up the good job.
William H. Rothers
California.
Will, thank you I will try to give you my best on this one “good question” Ok,
Organized crime is a group of people who use a structure to get what they want by defying the system, Mafioso is another word for "vigilante justice" with social connotations added and, La Cosa Nostra which is a grammatically incorrect term for "our thing." The Mafia has a code of silence "Omerta" and, a ritual that involves a saint and, burning there hand normally between the thumb and pointer finger as mark that they are made.
They have a government called the sea and, it has directors that serve on a board from all of the world. They are in charge of all transnational business mostly by controlling funding or shipments of underground goods such as with drug cartels, banks, stocks, diamonds, fake jeans, fake leather and, sometimes oil.

Tragedy Christine Collins
Mr. Crescentini, I know you should know this case it was involving the LAPD. I just wanted to know if Christine Collins ever found her son Walter. I tried to find out on the Internet but I couldn't find out anything.
Rosemarie Wells, California
Rosemarie if I am not wrong you’re talking about a case back in the 1926 or 1928, however before my time, if my recollection of the facts are correct, you should check the LA Times archive, has images of the actual newspapers printed with stories from the case. According to your question and research that other people have done, Christine Collins never found her son and no one really knows when she herself died. Supposedly the last public record was from the LA Times in 1941 and it only speaks of her address about Captain J.J. Jones, they don't quote her though so for all I know she could have already been dead. No. If he somehow survived, he would be 80 years old today.
She died not knowing his fate. She never stopped looking.
The Wineville Chicken-coop Murders are associated. The killer who killed over three dozen children (mostly boys) was in prison and executed for four killings. He and his grandmother did this. She and the grandson did this. Tortured, raped and killed young boys. He taunted two mothers, including Walter Collin's mother and said that he would admit to her that he did it if she came to visit him. She did so the day before his execution but denied to see her and said he was innocent. Neither mother obtained closure. Gordon Northcott, died 10/02/1930 in San Quintin Sate Prison. Cause of death Hanging, Criminal Penalty Death.
The Winehouse Chicken Coop Murders location is still in tact, the location is still in existence and even the SAME chicken coops (used to hide the dead bodies) stand. It is eerie. And yes that was another cluster f….k of the Los Angeles Police Department and if I recall correct a Police Chief was forced to resign is position.

From a series of dangerous criminals - Charlie Manson
Frank, please summarize for me. I read some wacky stuff over the Manson case, but don’t quite understand.
Most people think Charlie was responsible for the Sharon Tate murders, in fact he was nowhere near the murder when they happened. He was living in a commune outside Death Valley with about a dozen other people practicing free love and taking drugs and generally living a hippie life, just what his part was in the crimes he was found guilty of, or why the victims were killed will probably never be known. Charlie's downfall at the Trial was he was perfect for the Media who presented him as a crazed Messiah and mastermind of murder and anarchy.
Raul Z. Miller California.
Raul, for a guy that “don’t quite understand” you’re making your determinations of the facts. However this is the real fact’s over that disturbing case, I was involved on that case.
Charlie Manson not responsible for the murder of Sharon Tate? Are you kidding me? He is the one that gave the instructions, the Mastermind. Here's your summary of the case.

From a series of dangerous criminals - David Koresh
What were the crimes that David Koresh was accused of but never charged because of lack of evidence? The American government decided that they didn't like a bunch of (peaceful) people living in a communal setting - they opened fire one day and killed the women and children, trying to draw out David Koresh (sp?), the supposed leader. Janet Reno was actually the person who initiated this bloodbath. The government killed innocent children and women because they owned some guns more over Mr. Frank If you want to add a little truth add a photo showing the propane gas cylinder attached to the tank vehicle that burned the place to the ground or why they don’t show the vehicle that blocked the exit to keep the innocent people from being burnt alive.
There is a very good documentary on this. After you watch it, you definitely want to live in Canada. America is a hateful, mean government. Be careful.
Chrissie Canada.
Chrissie, your interpretations of facts scares the incorrect information’s that you’re telling to me. I’m not sure what you mean by "never charged because of lack of evidence." David Koresh “born Vernon Wayne Howell” was not brought to trial, because he died at the end of the siege. Evidence about the initial ATF assault and about the FBI's final assault went missing, and some suspect deliberate cover-ups. There was a criminal trial of Davidians surviving 19 April and later a civil trial, over both of which Judge Walter Smith presided. Do you refer to the judge's suppression of surviving evidence? I have no clue about a video you never give me a title! And in addition let me be a bit clear about this individual and the story

Marilyn Monroe - murder or suicide?
· Investigative journalists Jay Margolis and Richard Buskin believe they they lay to rest any notion that Marilyn committed suicide, and reveal how they think the screen goddess really died
· The Kennedy brothers were ‘passing her around like a football,' revealed brother-in-law, actor Peter Lawford, years after she died
· Marilyn knew too much about the Kennedys and threatened to reveal everything
· Bobby Kennedy did not act alone, the authors claim. Complicit in the murder was Lawford and Marilyn's shrink, who gave her the fatal dose of pentobarbitol
· Before that, she was given an enema filled with broken-down Nembutals and seventeen chloral hydrates
When ambulance drivers found her in her Brentwood guesthouse, 'She was naked. She had no sheet, no blanket. There was no water glass. No alcohol…'
This is a quote from a respectful person investigating this case for many years and recently I contact this person and I offer my participation into this case however please pay attention on what he stating because it is shocking.

Photos of children on social networks
Frank good day sir, i've noticed alot of people use pictures of there babies or young children on there profile pictures on sites such as facebook, twitter, on here, ect..
Personally I'd never put photos of my baby (when I have children) online, to me the internet isn't safe enough and anyone could get hold of them photos, and use them for sick things (my friends fb got hacked and some sicko left comments on her pictures of here newborn which was disturbing)
No offensive to anyone who likes to post up baby photos, I'm not saying your a bad parent or don't love your child I just think you should be careful. To me pictures of your children are precious.
What are your opinions? (:
Lisa w. Wallas, CA.
Dear Lisa, put photos of your family on web-media are your decision no one will force you to do so! However,
With digital photography you no longer have the risk of soul entanglement that was so feared with film photography. Even scanning film photographs is enough to break the link. No matter what someone does with the photograph you put on the web, you don't need to worry. There is nothing that anyone can do to the image that will have a direct impact that can be felt by the child the photograph is of.

Today a little bit about the illuminati
Thx, Manuel S. Center
Beverly Hills, California.
Manuel, I am scare to ask why you need help on this matter, however I will try to get to the point. The Illuminati originates in the Jewish Kabala, Babylonian mystery cults, the Templars, Freemasons and assorted interests dedicated to Satan worship and absolute power. On May 1 1776, Adam Weishaupt, a professor at the University of Inglestadt in Germany, founded "The Order of the Illuminati." Many people believe Weishaupt was sponsored by Prince William of Hesse Casel and his banker Meyer Amschel Rothschild, the wealthiest man in the world.

I don't know if she was cheating or not
Frank, how could I catch my wife cheating on me? How could I even tell if she is?
Jeffrey B. Logan
Seattle.
Jeff, having a cheating wife is a concern that haunts many men in relationships. Just the thought of your lady putting her paws on another man makes your skin crawl. That's why it's always important to keep a lookout for some of the surefire signs you have a cheating wife.
Signs of a Cheating Wife -The following are five signs (there are many more) you have a cheating wife:
> She's no longer as needy - If she was never able to go shopping, exercise or cross the street alone, and she suddenly doesn't need your company, it may mean that someone else is filling your shoes. It's possible that she just needs time to herself, but if she's unusually independent when she used to be overly needy, it may signal that she's just no longer as needy of you.

With regard to the tragedy in Las Vegas, where two officers were killed
Dear friends this morning after I posted on my page the report over the coward ambush on the 2 LV officers Beck and Soldo.
I got this question from this “individual” no name was given:
Hei Frank, “Dose anyone really care when a Police Officer gets killed?”
Asshole,
the first thing I'm going to do is answer your stupid question. The next thing I'm going to do is give people like you a piece of my mind. Oh, by the way, I'm a retired PD.
Yes, people care allot when an officer gets killed in the line of duty. These men and women are out there daily, dealing with the dredge of society, people who cannot follow even the basic civil laws of this country. These cops rescue people, at extreme risk to their own lives, others who are in accidents and other emergencies. Do you remember the cops who died on 9/11? They charged into the Twin Towers to SAVE people. And lost their lives doing it! Cops do everything from prevent crime to traffic control. They keep some semblance of order in our society, and they get paid damned little for the jobs they do! Before you go condemning one, walk in ones shoes!

Can anyone hack into your computer and spy on?
Okay Frank you’re a PI and you should know those nasty business, it's actually my sister's computer, which I think is hacked. Something quite strange happened a few minutes ago. I was in my room, watching something online when suddenly I heard a strange sound coming from the kitchen. I should mention that I was alone at home and my sister had left her laptop in the kitchen; she had left it turned on because she was loading a movie that she wanted to watch later. Okay, so I went to the kitchen to check what the sound was and I was shocked at what I saw; a new tab had been opened and there was a pornographic video playing on that site. Also, I quickly noticed that the webcam light was turned on. This sort of frightened me a bit. I looked around the house to make sure no one had broken in but the doors were all locked and everything seemed in place. I had been in the kitchen a few times prior to this and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. I had even glanced at her computer a few times and hadn't noticed anything strange about it. Can someone hack her computer and do something like this?

I live in a house where I do not feel safe
Frank, I'm 16 years old and my sister in law is 23 she is a very big girl but I'm tough she pushes everyone around but I'm to proud to let her do it to me, she owes me $750 and has stolen lots ps3, ps2 games and jewelry from me. She gets very physical when we get into fights everyone else in the family leave the room because we scream at each other and use very crude words. She then gets to the point where she starts to beat me I struggle to get free and push her away. She beat her ex bf but the only witness was me and my mom refused to get involved it ended out that he got all the blame and had a TRO put on him and he was no longer able to see his kid, I feel guilty about this because I know she was the one throwing the punches and its not fair for him to loose his kid which he loves so much. I to love my nephew greatly and have gone through a time when my whole family abandoned me in fear of loosing the right to see him because she had claimed I was dead to her therefore did not exist and was not allowed near him. When in front of her I pretend not to be scared and yell back just as loud and angry but she is a lot stronger then me and I'm terrified of her. Is it alright when she goes on a rampage against me to call the police and have her charged with assault and get a TRO, but living in the same house how will it work? One or the other would have to leave right?
Justin.

Pre-Indicators of Terrorist Activity
My continuous study of actual terrorist behavior around the world and the so call "Holy War Inc" has reveled that the way a terrorist might act or look may provide “pre-indicators” of terrorist activity before an actual attack has been lunched. These potential “pre-indicators” include both terrorist pre-attack planning activities as well as conduct indicative of an actual terrorist attacks. These type of indications may include a variety of suspicious behavior or events such as outlined below.
Consequentially, I concentrate my study's and observations over this issues , we should be particularly interested in pattern of conduct that when combined, appears suspicious or unusual.
APPEARANCE:
Radical Islamic terrorist are commonly male under 40 years of age with suicide bombers generally in their teens or early 20s.
However, woman are being used to a greater extend today to conduct suicide bomb attacks.
This global movement consists of variety of races and nationalities today. The majority of these individuals are young man from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Yemen, Kuwait and Pakistan, as well as North Africans from Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia. A contingent of second-generation volunteers from France, Spain, and Great Britain, as well as other Western countries, including the United States, Canada and Australia, also exists to a lesser degree. A smaller group of Southeast Asian in Indonesia and Malaysia round out the mix.

Can I buy a gun to keep at home?
Frank, I have a question please, recently my 3 cars were broken in to at night and i am afraid my house could be next. Can I buy a gun to keep at home I am 19, I’m a dad and am expecting a second baby.
thank you
Elliot B.
Damn son, you've been busy! You can indeed buy a shotgun to defend your home. Just remember that it’s not justifiable to shoot someone while they're breaking into your car. UNLESS you’re in Texas, refer to penal code 4.92. At your age you can buy rifles and shotguns, if you have a clear criminal record. Handguns, you have to be 21.However check with your local and sate officials this is my suggestion, I am sure that when you discovered the break-in in your vehicle you did call the police (I hope) then you should ask one of the officers in reference to purchasing a firearm. In addition when and if you decided to get any type of weapons for house protection remember safety classes are the best investment that you can make for you and your family. Remember son there’s more then just pulling a trigger. A wrong judgment call can mark your life forever emotionally, financially and on the other hand you will live with guilt forever.
Good luck

I feel attracted to young girls, what to do?
Sir I am following your page for a long time, I like to get your opinion on this serious issue that I have I wanted to know what possible help there are for me. I have noticed that I have a growing sexual attraction to young girls (18 and younger). I am in my early twenties and have felt this way for some time. I want to get some therapy for this before this gets out of hand. What can I do and how get help?
Is there any way for me to do this without my family finding out? I still live with my immediate family and I am on their heath insurance
A follower of your site
Thank you JP.
JP, I commend you for recognizing this and seeking help for it. As a parent and an Investigator I think your sense of responsibility here is something that more who feel the way you do should have.
I recommend you find a psychiatrist as soon as possible. You recognize that it could get out of hand. Willpower can go a long way but a psychiatrist can help you with the options for treatment and keeping from violating the law and your own ethics. If you can't afford a psychiatrist, find a low-income clinic.

Prisoners of war, what happened to them?
Frank, I see on the news the issue for the Afghan POW, what happened to all those pow's after we normalized relations with Vietnam?
Dear friend, Seems most of the answers you have gotten from medias, films, news, and furthermore our national security and our federal government are from uneducated people and lairs, When the war was over and the US left Saigon in 75 there were aprox.3800 missing soldiers still held in pow camps or missing. The north said they had released them all,
but the US had reports of tourists seeing American prisoners for years afterwards but the US government figured we were getting along with Vietnam and we shouldn’t rock the boat. We still have American GI's in Vietnam alive or dead they are still there. And we need to remember we are free because they are not. I guess history finds this truth unimportant and leave this era out of our history lessons. This is why we see motorcyclist and vets of all ages ride to the wall every year, to bring notice to those still missing and unaccounted. In addition MIAs were the big question mark. There were many conspiracy theories that a number of MIAs were actually unreported POWs who were still being held. Like all conspiracy theories there was never any proof that this was true. There have been a few investigations in the 80s and 90s that found graves of American soldiers who had died and were buried by locals. That accounts for at least some of the MIAs. However these is reports of our federal government and remember this is the same entity that told us that a “pantomimic” bullet in Dallas executed our president JFK. Therefore now you drew your conclusion over this!! I did my long time ago.

Love on the social networking site?
Dear Frank, my sister has married someone she met on Facebook I think she's ridiculously stupid, as she only knew him for 3 months before marrying him. There's something really not right about him and he mentioned that he was in court years ago as his ex alleged that he beat her, he said it wasn't true. He's clingy possessive, strange, and definitely seems to hide a lot from her, he has no friends at all, and is very secretive about money. He even waits outside the toilets in the local pub for her in case another man speaks to her if I had the money id get someone like you do to the fact I can’t afford to have you L but I'm wondering if there's anything I can find out on my own. I really worry about her. Many thanks x you’re the best and I love this.
Jennifer. NY.
